Ingredients

  • 1 Package

    • Crescent rolls

  • 12oz

    • Chef and his Wife Pimento Cheese

  • 8oz

    • Ham, thinly sliced (optional)

  • 1 tsp

    • Flour

Directions

  1. Prepare your workspace by dusting it with flour. Unroll the crescent dough and lay it flat on the surface, being mindful not to separate the pre-cut perforations. Dust the dough with additional flour and gently roll it out until it measures about 8" x 11".

  2. Spread an even layer (12oz) of Chef and his Wife pimento cheese over the dough, and, if desired, add thin slices of ham on top.

  3. Starting from the top, tightly roll the dough into a tube shape. Cut the roll into 1" slices.

  4. Place each slice, cut-side up, in a greased mini muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and serve.
