Ingredients

  • 1 Pound

    • Ground beef

  • 1 Packet

    • Taco Seasoning (your favorite)

  • 12oz

    • Chef and his Wife Jalapeño Pimento Cheese

  • 2

    • Canned Refrigerated Biscuits

  • 1

    • Cup salsa

 

Directions

To make our jalapeño pimento cheese and beef stuffed pull-apart, do the following:

  1. Prepare the taco meat mixture as directed. Let it cool.

  2. Mix the cooled ground beef and fold in the jalapeño pimento cheese.

  3. Cut biscuits into quarters and combine with the taco meat mixture.

  4. Place the mixture evenly in an ungreased bunt or angel food cake pan and bake at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes.

  5. Once cooled, invert onto a plate and serve with dipping salsa.
