Ingredients

  • 2½ Pounds

    • Red Potatoes

  • 2

    • Onions

  • 24oz

    • Chef and his Wife Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese

  • ½ tsp each

    • Paprika

    • Salt

 

Directions

  1. Begin by thinly slicing potatoes and onions.

  2. Grease a 9" x 13" casserole dish with a light coating of oil.

  3. Arrange a layer of potatoes and onions in the dish and cover with 12 ounces of Smoked Gouda pimento cheese.

  4. Repeat the layering process, ending with a final layer of potatoes and onions. Cover the dish with foil.

  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

  6. Remove the foil, spread another 12 ounces of Smoked Gouda on top, and sprinkle with paprika.

  7. Return the dish to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees or until it becomes golden brown.
